Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy
2012 Textiles offers complimentary domestic ground shipping on all orders within the United States to our retail customers. If you are a B2B wholesale client, shipping costs will be calculated once your order has been received.  USA Customers have the option to upgrade their order to 2 to 5 -day priority shipping for an additional fee. Priority shipping is charged on a per item basis. Please see the checkout page for the charges. If no option is selected, the default setting is ground shipping with can take 5 – 8 business days to get to the customers. All orders are shipped from our Las Vegas, Nevada location.

Please allow one day for processing. Orders placed after 8AM (PST) will usually ship the next business day but can take up to 48 hours if we need to transfer a product from one warehouse to another. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will be shipped the following business day. It is not guaranteed that expedited shipments will be delivered on holidays or weekend. Also - weather conditions can impact the delivery date. This is something that is not in our control. International Shipping
Currently we only ship to Canada outside of the United States. Customers need to select Canada shipping options during checkout otherwise sales will be cancelled. Canada shipping is based on per item up charge. Our shipping rates for Canada do not include any additional customs duty charged that might be charged by the Canadian Customs. Customer is entirely responsible and should expect to pay customs duty.

Please check your local laws. ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ARE FINAL SALES and Returns are not accepted on international orders.

Wholesale Customer Warranties and Returns
Wholesale customers have 30 days to inspect a product for defects.  If the product is defective, 2012 Textile will replace it.  After 30 days, we will not replace a wholesale order for any defects. 

There is no warranty on wear and tear for wholesale customers after 30 days - NO EXCEPTIONS.  If the products are being used in a commercial environment, such as hotels, Airbnbs, hospitals, gyms, motels, we do not offer any warranty for wear and tear.
